All the innovations in iOS 15.4 and iPadOS 15.4
Apple has officially launched the beta process for iOS 15.4 and iPadOS 15.4. The first beta versions were opened to developers last night, Turkey time. You can also install the Developer Profile of iOS 15 on your iPhone and iPad, and then install the latest beta version of the operating system via Settings > Software Update.
iOS 15.4 will be the biggest update Apple has ever released for iOS 15. With the new version, iPhone users will have the long-awaited Universal Control and Face ID unlocking with mask. In addition, new functions that make life easier, such as the Apple Card widget and adjusting the brightness of the connected keyboard, will come into our lives.
Face ID can be used with the mask
With the iOS 15.4 version, Apple brought the feature to unlock with Face ID while wearing a mask. This innovation, which is currently in beta, has been expected for a long time. In fact, thanks to the Apple Watch, it was possible to unlock the iPhone with Face ID while wearing a mask. iOS 15.4 will remove the Apple Watch requirement.
Universal Control feature coming
One of the innovations that will come with iOS 15.4 is Universal Control. With this feature, iPads and Macs with the same iCloud account can be controlled with a single cursor and keyboard. For example; You’ll also be able to use your MacBook’s trackpad and keyboard directly on your iPad. Universal Control will automatically activate on devices running iOS 15.4 and macOS Monterey 12.3.
