DualSense Edge, a new controller from Sony, will provide PlayStation 5 customers new options. Users will have a lot of customizing choices with the controller.
Today, a new game handle was announced for PlayStation 5, which was released on November 12, 2020 but didn’t start selling well outside of the country until after supply chain issues brought on by the coronavirus. At Gamescom, one of the major gaming events, Sony unveiled the new DualSense Edge wireless controller.
The ability to personalize the controller experience using hardware and software was the new controller’s standout feature. Now, users may choose which controller key performs which action and specify the upper limit for analog dead zones.

During Gamescom 2022, the new version of DualSense, DualSense Edge, was announced. When we look at the new controller, we can say that the most striking thing is undoubtedly the back keys. In addition, minor changes have been made in the design, and we can clearly see the difference on the touchpad.
When we come to innovations, as we said, they have updated the analog keys as well as the back keys, which will be replaceable. You will also be able to save many different profiles in this controller and you will be able to change them easily. In this way, you will be able to easily return to your own key sequence in controllers used by more than one user. There will also be detailed customization options, such as the ability to set dead zones on the keys.
Finally, it should be noted that this controller will also have features of the classic DualSense, such as haptic feedback and adjustable trigger keys. You can find the promotional video below.
In addition to all these features, the new controller will continue to carry all the features of the standard DualSense controller. Sony has not yet announced when it will launch the new DualSense Edge and what the controller will cost.
